Our Founder
While a football player at The University of North Texas, Chad Bennett planned to become a teacher and football coach after graduation. During his senior year, he got his first taste of business partnering with his friend to operate one of Dallas’ premier security staffing firms. Despite never becoming a football coach, Chad is still passionate about coaching and leading others in the marketplace.
The Entrepreneurial Journey
2005 – Chad found himself working in the staffing industry once again but for a corporate firm. After three years, Chad left the corporate rat race and was inspired to build his own organization.
2008 – Chad founded Infinity MedStaff, focusing on nationwide healthcare staffing, and has since become a successful, multi-divisional company with year-over-year organic growth. Navigating a new startup during the financial crisis of 2008 was no small feat. Chad understands the pressures of that initial step into starting and scaling your own business. The accomplishments of Infinity MedStaff to date are myriad but include building valuable relationships with both clients and candidates, hard work ethic, tenacity in accomplishing goals, and assembling a talented team.
2015 – After observing changes in the healthcare industry at that time, including an increased need for supplemental labor, Infinity decided to expand its services. Infinity MedStaff branched out to specialize in PRN, Travel, Locum, and Long-Term Contract staffing.
2019 – Infinity expanded its services once again, as Infinity Staffing, into the temporary staffing labor market after observing ongoing industry demands. This market encompassed industrial, construction, oil & gas, along with administrative jobs, to name a few.

From Chad
After years of business ownership, I know it’s a challenge to not drown in the to-dos or worry about yesterday’s emergency. Fortunately, with a solid strategy and plan, you can run a successful business. The first step, although the hardest, is asking for help. When I first started my business, I was trying to do everything on my own.
I later realized that to be successful, getting strategic support helped in getting me where I am today. Through these experiences, I learned that there are three pillars to building a successful business: People, Processes & Systems. As an experienced consulting coach, I’m able to provide a customized consultation that steers you in the right direction by identifying what systems and processes we need to establish for the long term.
